For the last 12 years, our school, Killian Hill Christian (in Lilburn, Georgia), has used the services of Gold Coast Tour & Travel, Inc. I cannot tell you what a relief it is, as an elementary principal, to feel confident in knowing that the moment we arrive each year, with our two busloads of sixth graders and chaperones, everything will be prepared and ready for our stay, from our hotel reservations to our meals to our days of fun-filled activities.
Before I used Gold Coast Tour & Travel, I attempted to schedule everything via long-distance from our school in Metro Atlanta. But each year brought new surprises and difficulties, most discovered after we had arrived, with too little time to change anything. One example is the restaurant with whom I had arranged a pizza party months in advance, only to find out when we arrived that the manager with whom I had spoken no longer worked there. The restaurant knew nothing of our meal and didn't have enough pizza dough to complete our order. What a nightmare!
